Hosting and protection of user information
All the data received, processed or produced by the user, in whatever form (text, image, video or sound), using LiveBeep are hosted by the company Web2web Innovation SL on its servers and stored in databases allotted to the user. The totality of these data is reserved for the exclusive use of the user.
Web2web Innovation SL guarantees the complete confidentiality of the user’s data and agrees not to use them in any way not required to implement the actions requested by the user. Likewise, Web2web Innovation SL agrees not to communicate the user’s data to third parties, except in the exceptional case of an express order resulting from a court decision.
Web2web Innovation SL takes the necessary technical and organizational measures needed to guarantee the security of the user’s data and to avoid any alteration, loss, or unauthorized use of or access to them, taking into account the state of the art of the technology, the nature of the data themselves and the risks to which they are exposed, whether as a result of human action or physical or natural means.
The user states that it is familiar with the internet, its limits, its features, and understands that the transmission of data over the internet enjoy technical reliability and relative security, that the data that pass over the internet are not protected against possible fraudulent uses; that the passwords supplied must be carefully guarded, that the user must take all necessary steps to protect its data, its software and its equipment, both from infection by viruses and from attempts to gain unauthorized access to its computer system. As a consequence, Web2web Innovation SL shall not be liable for any alteration, modification or deletion of data that result from or are based on the misuse of the data management system in SaaS mode made available to the user, or of the fraudulent use of the same.
Protection of Personal Data
Web2web Innovation SL advises the user that Personal Data contained in the User Account, as well as all Personal Data transmitted via LiveBeep to the user by the user’s website visitors shall be stored in a database of which Web2web Innovation SL is in charge. Personal Data are strictly for use of the user and, in no case, shall be used, transferred, sold or transmitted to third parties by Web2web Innovation SL.
The user shall update the Personal Data in its User Account so that the information contained in it is always current and error free.
During the provision of its services, Web2web Innovation SL shall, in rare cases, for reasons of maintenance, or security, find itself obliged to have access to Personal Data of the user or the visitors of the user’s website. In such case, Web2web Innovation SL shall respect the provisions of the laws governing the protection of Personal data in force at the time.
Likewise, the user shall respect the obligations of the provisions regarding the protection of Personal Data, including, among others, the legal obligations regarding the persons and governmental bodies having competence in the matter of the protection of Personal Data or the organism that serves in its place or, where necessary, the competent governmental authorities in these matters.
