PREAMBLE AND RIGHT TO INFORMATION

(hereinafter, “W2W”) with registered offices at Juan Bravo, 3A, 28006 Madrid (Spain) and with TIN B86364130, warrants that it will comply with the regulations on the protection of personal information and adopt all the security mechanisms and procedures necessary to ensure the protection of the data of its Users.

W2W states that your personal data are securely stored and treated with the utmost care and warrants its full compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereinafter “LOPD”) and its implementing regulations.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. PURPOSE FOR HANDLING.

The present privacy policy governs the access to and use of the website www.livebeep.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), belonging to W2W.

W2W states that the personal data required of Users shall be only those absolutely necessary.

Such data shall be those you provide or those that may be collected on the Website owned by W2W through contact forms or the contracting process, or by any other means.

All the fields on data collection forms shall be required to be filled in (unless otherwise indicated), so that the omission of any one of them will make it impossible to respond to your request or provide services.

W2W advises you that the personal data you provide via the present Website shall be added to an automated file with data of a personal nature that is duly listed on the General Registry for the Protection of Data of the Spanish Data Protection Agency for which W2W is liable in accordance with that laid down in the LOPD.

You authorise and give your express consent to W2W for the processing of your personal data for the following ends:

  1. Allowing the provision of the contracted service.
  2. Identifying you when registered as a User.
  3. Informing you of possible sales and discounts on the products and services offered through the Website.
  4. Answering any kind of question or taking care of any issue related to the contracted services and responding adroitly, reliably and rapidly to all enquiries, concerns or suggestions you may wish to make.
  5. Sending Newsletters.

W2W shall send Newsletters and business and sales communications related to W2W’s services by letter, telephone, e-mail, SMS/MMS or other, equivalent means of electronic communication in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD; Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, by which the Regulations implementing the LOPD (hereinafter, “RLOPD”) were approved; Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Law 9/2014, of 9 May, on General Telecommunications.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY OF W2W.

The User expressly accepts the present Privacy Policy and grants their express consent to the automated handling of the personal data they provide.

Nevertheless, the User shall be able to revoke their consent, on every business or advertising message that is received and, at any time, by notification sent to the following e-mail address: contact@web2web-innovation.com or by letter sent to Juan Bravo 3 A, 28006 Madrid (Spain).

RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, ERASURE AND OBJECTION (ARCO RIGHTS).

We inform you that the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection are very personal and shall be exercised only by the User affected, and that in accordance with the provisions of Article 23 of the RLOPD.

At any time and without charge, the User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection in the handling of their personal data at e-mail address contact@web2web-innovation.com or by conventional mail sent to the address given in the introduction of this Privacy Policy.

The request sent to W2W must contain the following information:

  • First name and surname(s) of the User; photocopy of their national identity document or passport or other valid document that identifies them.
  • Statement with the specifics of the request.
  • Address for notifications, the date and the signature of the User.
  • Supporting documentation for the request being made.

VERACITY AND QUALITY OF THE DATA GIVEN BY THE USERS.

The User warrants that the personal data given are true and accurate and is responsible for conveying any modification of the same to W2W. In any case, the User shall vouch for the veracity of the data given, and W2W reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any and all Users that provide false data, without prejudice to any other actions provided for by Law.

SECURITY MEASURES ADOPTED BY W2W.

W2W adopts all the measures of a technical and organisational nature necessary to ensure the security of your data and avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised access or handling, taking into account the state of the art of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, all in accordance with that provided in the LOPD and RLOPD.

W2W is committed to fulfilling its duty of confidentiality and secrecy regarding the personal data contained in the automated file in accordance with the applicable laws, thereby providing secure handling.

MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES.

W2W reserves the right to revise its Privacy Policy when it deems appropriate, in which case the Users shall be so advised. Nevertheless, we ask that you check this privacy statement regularly in order to read the most recent version of the privacy policy of W2W.

INFORMED CONSENT.

The User states they have been informed of the conditions related to the protection of their personal data, accepting and consenting to the handling of the same by W2W in the manner and for the purposes indicated in the present Privacy Policy.

USERS WHO SYNCHRONIZE THEIR GOOGLE ACCOUNT WITH THEIR LIVEBEEP ACCOUNT

The following section applies only to those users who synchronize their Livebeep Account with their Google Account.

Data Accessed from Your Google Account:
To function, W2W accesses the following data from your Google Account:

  • Content of emails received in your Gmail email address, including sender and recipient names and addresses.
  • Events from your Google Calendar, including the information stored within them.
    We use this data to:
  • Display in the email panel of your Livebeep Account the content of emails received in your Gmail email address, including sender and recipient names and addresses.
  • Display in the calendar of your Livebeep Account the events from your Google Calendar, including the information stored within them.
    We do not share or sell any Google user data with third-party companies unless it is necessary to:
  • Provide the services you request through our application, using a third-party cloud storage service to store user files.
  • Comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests from law enforcement or other government agencies.

Actions Taken on your Google Account:
In response to your request, W2W may perform the following actions on your Google Account:

  • Send emails from your Gmail address through the SMTP server.
  • Create, edit, and delete events from your Google Calendar.
    These actions will be taken only in response to the user’s request.

User Control:
